Whole Frozen Chicken

We have plenty of chickens for sale in the store!  Sizes range from 5 to 7 lbs. Price is $2.95 per lb.

 Half/Whole/Quarter Animals

*Note:  We do NOT have any bulk meat available anymore this year.  Check with us again in the spring when we will start to have finished animals ready again.  

Our Angus beef can be purchased in whole, half or quarter quantities.  If you choose to purchase a quarter you will receive what we call a "mixed quarter".  It will consist of cuts from both the front and the back of the animal. We charge you by "hanging weight". Average hanging weight is 850 lbs for a whole animal.

We also sell hogs - whole and halves. Average hanging weight is 200 lbs for a whole animal. 

Prices:  Price for beef is $2.75/lb               Price for pork is $2.25/lb  

 **You pay the processor an additional cutting and wrapping fee upon pick up**

Our ordering process

  • You call and let us know what you want and we give you a time estimate (when the animal will likely be butchered)
  •  If you are satisfied with the time frame we add you to our list.
  • When the butcher date for your animal is scheduled, we will give you a call and confirm the phone number you would to be reached for cutting instructions.
  • The processor will call you to get cutting instructions and give you a pick up date.
  • You pay the processor directly for the processing costs when you pick up the meat.  You pay Jelli's Market the above prices for hanging weight separately.
